The consulting firm JBessero Coaching was founded in Lausanne in 2014 by Joanna Bessero and supports individuals and companies in French-speaking Switzerland and internationally.
Its activities are mainly structured around three areas:
HR consulting (personnel management, recruitment), coaching (career coaching – skills assessment, outplacement, team coaching), and corporate training (communication, coaching, recruitment, sales).
Most individual and group coaching programmes are based on the AEC DISC methodology.
