The working atmosphere was very pleasant. The manager is very friendly and committed - she always does her best for the team. We had a lot of orders, which allowed me to learn a lot. I was able to take on many new tasks and have continued to develop both professionally and personally.

I think it's very positive that there are a lot of orders. However, in order to work even more efficiently and possibly process even more orders, better coordination would be helpful. Regular team meetings - once a month, for example - could also strengthen communication and collaboration.
