The company is very progressive in many respects: modern IT equipment, an attractive office, parking spaces for employees, 100 % employer contributions to the pension fund and almost weekly free events for employees - such as cinema visits, yoga classes or joint trips to the Kunsthaus, etc. There are many opportunities to get actively involved - whether in internal initiatives or by taking on additional roles. I was also particularly impressed by the warm welcome I received on my first day at work: A partner goes out to lunch with the new recruits, and all employees who started in the same month are welcomed at a special newbie aperitif. There you get to know your colleagues and can exchange ideas. My impression so far has been consistently positive - it's a great company.

I have only been working at Synpulse for a few months and have the impression that the company has very well-structured processes and procedures. I therefore have no suggestions for improvement at the moment.
