The management style is super. Really collegial interaction with each other, respect for everyone. You never feel alone! No unnecessary pressure or stress, mistakes are analyzed and learned from, no blame.

Small company, focuses on liability insurance. Great team, great atmosphere! I always enjoyed going to work at VVST, now I'm retired.
