On the 10th of August, I applied as a Key Account Manager, until today, 6. October I haven't even received a confirmation E-Mail for my application. This is beyond disprespectful.

Little Star has friendly employees and managers. It's always been a pleasure coming to work. I like the concept and the possibilities that children can discover and learn.
This could be improved
Compared to other employers, I think they are really good. I've always felt at home there. I have to move out of Switzerland, otherwise I would have stayed in Little Star Day School.

I'm sure you can learn a lot if you want to. If you think immediately and say yes to everything and amen, there are certainly no problems

- far too many children! to look after the children according to the concept - too little space - too few employees

Thank you for your feed back. On average our ratio of children to staff is 1:3.5, this compares favourably to the government required limit of 1:5.5. This creates an easier workload compared to other, more simple childcare concepts. Additionally we create time for preparation of activities whenever a specialist teacher comes and takes over reponsibiliy of the children for his/her lesson. We offer Chinese, yoga, Swimming etc. Spacewise we could take more children in all schools according to government regulations. We also built a new 300m2 extension in our school in Zug which was approaching the government limits. Now there is plenty of brand new space therefore.
