You get to work. The manager pronounces your name correctly. You get greeted in the morning. If you cut yourself, there are band-aids.
This could be improved
Hire more staff. Preferably German-speaking. Better safety precautions. Only discuss with the customer what can be kept. Better wages, not only minimum wage. Let employees only do what they are hired for. Human contact.
