For many years, the focus has been on saving (thanks to the eternal red figures). Unfortunately, however, savings are being made in the wrong place - in other words, among employees who are under increasing pressure the longer they work - i.e. who are required to perform better in fewer jobs - in other words, in less jobs - in less percent...! If everyone would pull together, there would be better possibilities to save money - but we are all equal, but there are those who are a bit more equal...
