Very good salary and exciting tasks. Unfortunately, there is a lack of a training concept, they just do it... but actually have no idea and no time to train you properly on their devices, only something for people who are already very familiar with Homag devices.

In terms of communication and training, the training consists of running after an experienced technician and, as in the first year of training, sucking out machines or exchanging spare parts, you learn practically nothing
