This works well in the company

Small company that offers an overview and fast communication channels. There is also a certain individual freedom to unfold. Flexible working hours and free employee parking available.

This could be improved

No company for a long-term activity and for young ambitious employees. Much was promised and unfortunately not kept. After 6 months he was dismissed because the management apparently miscalculated financially (E.C).
