Unfortunately, I do not have an answer to this question. Everyone thinks they know better and this is not an advantage, especially during training.
This could be improved
Define the work process more precisely, at the moment everyone does something different and thinks they are in the right.
Train employees properly.
Be honest with each other and don't twist words in your mouth.
