Romy is a small, family-run restaurant run by a young couple with a passion for gastronomy. Romy is located in the heart of Bern's old town on Rathausgasse and has 34 seats and a summer terrace. We reinterpret our grandmothers' secret recipes and create dishes with influences from Portugal and Austria in a modern and creative way. We place great value on honest craftsmanship with down-to-earth ingredients. Eating and socializing should be fun, and we like to show our guests this by telling them the stories behind our dishes and wines. As an employee, you can expect a position with a lot of freedom in a friendly team. We are highly motivated and work hard, but we also love to laugh and have fun. Long-term work planning, regular days off (always Sundays and Mondays), and regular working hours are a matter of course for us. Gastronomy is our passion, but a work/life balance is just as important to all of us. Because we know that only those who have a balanced life can work with motivation.
