At Piz Digital, we are always looking for ways to improve. One particular challenge? The social interactions in the office. As my own boss and the only employee, I occasionally talk to myself to keep communication going. To make coffee breaks more sociable, I'm working on a way to drink coffee and make small talk with myself at the same time. I would also expand the team. Even though the quick and unanimous decisions are really great, I would really appreciate an internal discourse. It's also difficult to delegate projects and tasks if the team meetings are only with myself.
