It is normal for some positions to be changed with a change of management, but at the moment everyone who has their own opinion is getting a dismissal. Within a year, two new chefs and two new reservation managers (who, by the way, are no longer there) speak volumes that executives walk past guests without even noticing them. In addition, there are computers that are infinitely slow and make simple standard tasks like checking out almost impossible.
