This works well in the company

I worked in online service at Douglas and had a very good experience. I was new to online service in this industry. Thanks to the nice trainers and of course my good knowledge of German, I quickly made great progress. Processing e-mails and phone calls with customers after a short training was super easy and fun. I would love to work in Online Service at Douglas again.
