Die Schweizerische Paritätische Berufskommission Holzbau (SPBH) ist zuständig für die Umsetzung des GAV Holzbau in der Deutschschweiz und im Tessin. Als zentrale Vollzugsstelle des GAV Holzbau liegen die Hauptaufgaben des Vereins SPBH v.a. im Bereich Rechtsberatung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden und Unternehmen der Holzbaubranche, Entwicklung von Umsetzungstools, Baustellen- und Betriebskontrollen sowie dem Inkasso der Berufsbeiträge.
