Interesting operation with many advantages
Interesting and varied work. The team I worked with was very helpful. The company has great potential to make a big step forward.
I see an enormous improvement in the structure contrary to the comment below. A vision is under construction and needs time to be fully implemented. The work is extremely interesting and the superiors are very flexible in case of short-term holidays etc.

Interesting work, inefficient company
The wages were always on the dot.
The company is small enough that problems can be tackled directly with all those responsible.
A clearer version of where the company should develop.
Currently we only think until the next order. Important maintenance and repairs are postponed until it is no longer possible and the employees are not given any responsibility or scope for creativity.
