Team cohesion, flat hierarchies and customer-oriented. Technically well positioned

I don't see much room for improvement. After Corona I would like to see more team events.

The working atmosphere is very good, there is great interaction and the hierarchy is kept flat. New ideas are always welcome and are often implemented quickly. The team supports each other and learns a lot from each other.

In such a young company, you develop further every day, and that's a good thing.

Das Team ist super! Man unterstützt sich gegenseitig und wird gefördert. Motivierende Arbeitsumgebung lässt viel Raum für Kreativität und Eigeninitiativen zu. Zudem flexibles und ortsunabhängiges Arbeiten möglich.

Noch nicht sehr Technologie getrieben wie es in einer Plattform-Firma sein könnte.

At newhome, I can actively participate in the work processes and contribute to interesting projects. There is a lot of freedom when it comes to arranging working hours and the team spirit is excellent.

Every employee is allowed to make suggestions for improvement, which are implemented as soon as possible.

The management is top. Flat hierarchies and transparent management. The working atmosphere and the colleagues are great and you are additionally motivated. Flexible working hours and home office top-implemented.

For me, newhome is the first company in which I work as an employee that not only talks about flat hierarchies, but also really lives them. You are important as an individual and a person and can make a difference. The interaction among each other is exemplary and I feel very comfortable in the newhome family!

Documentation of internal procedures and clarity about internal processes (in this area there is probably still room for improvement in almost every company :-)).
