A lot of things go wrong in the patisserie department. Poor communication, everyone does what they want, nobody says anything. New ideas are not explored. Everything is not going well, poor working conditions and poor pay. Cleanliness/highlighting is very small.

This could be improved

Head of department and STV in the patisserie not suitable for the job. Poor worker management, does not communicate and longer working hours.
