Good question. From an insider's point of view, not really much, probably even less in the future. Saving is writ large, that's certainly going well.

More appearance than reality, many good and long-time employees leave the company, there are enough reasons for all those who can not do anything with a global, and every 3 months changing strategy. All an employee hears is numbers, numbers, numbers. All an employee doesn't hear is what will change well. All that changes are the structures and the managers.
