Not a bad solution for the time being, offers day structure. Working there for the long haul is more of a strain. The cuboid is decent to the people but little knowledge of personnel management. Many asylum seekers work in this social institution. It is a nuisance that although contractually not permitted, drugs are traded and taken while working. Sanctions are rare. Why should I? Dock earns on the employee. The plant managers are watching, closing their eyes. Many people who work there come from a bad environment, drugs, alcohol, tablets, former convicts who served their sentences, should actually be reintegrated. Dock is completely unsuitable for this. Financially burdensome for the cantons and municipalities. It would be cheaper to give the money to the socially disadvantaged people than to finance the dock.

Human trafficking, wage theft and slavery, corruption and distortion of competition are serious crimes, not only under Swiss law.
