I consider the cooperation among our employees to be very family. The company's focus is on long-term cooperation. Further education is supported and a large part of it is financed, which motivates me a lot. The orders we work on are also of great variety, often from well-known customers where a great deal of know-how is required and we deliver high quality. All in all, I really like it here and I am therefore looking forward to further opportunities for advancement in the company.
