Ja..es wird viel verlangt aber hier sind wir echt geschätzt als Menschen! Die Firma ist echt SUPER! Und es ist eine Ehre so viel Kundschaft eine Freude zu verbreiten vorallem weil wir stehen total hinter der Produkt!!!

HR did not send an employment contract, despite repeated contact and demand. I didn't get a job reference or a paycheck. I worked 6 weeks as a Christmas temp in the shop Altstadt Luzern. I ended up without nothing. This is really bad for Rituals, because the company and employee interests are not protected. Poor communication and empty promises. HR has definitely failed.

This could be improved

A new professional HR staffing would be appropriate. Always very friendly on the phone, but then he still didn't come. I kept getting put off. Potential for improvement in the selection of a professional HR!

I really enjoyed my time at rituals. Great team and top products. Sure a lot is demanded but it is fun to share the spirit of rituals. Doors are also open for further development.
