Fast response times in the application process. You took a lot of time to explain the company, the business model and the growth strategy, which I greatly appreciated. Open, transparent communication and a pleasant atmosphere in which to talk. I had the impression that there is a good family working atmosphere, that the company offers a good work-life balance and that it trusts its employees. Products offer a very high quality with a USP on the market and company is aware of its core competencies. Too bad it didn't work out for me with the advertised position.

Strange procedure, strange questions. Very small company, hardly any employees to see. A touch of megalomania recognizable. Modern rooms partly equipped with very old technology. Changed my mind, was too suspicious and insecure.

Small future-oriented company with motivated employees who are professionals and know their trade. Employees have a good background in medical technology and therefore a high level of specialist knowledge which makes their daily work very pleasant. Good products and a future-oriented development as well as a good positioning in the market allow you to work very goal-oriented in a team.
