Loving and familiar contact with the residents. Top working hours and central location for car and public transport equally.

This could be improved

Management style is absolutely unacceptable, no further training opportunities, many employees are unqualified, infrastructure is virtually non-existent, no feedback culture, chaotic "organization". What a pity, the house itself would be wonderful.
