The working atmosphere is very informal. I particularly appreciate the short and direct lines of communication to the management in the event of any problems. I can hardly say anything negative about Anta Swiss AG: it made my apprenticeship as a production mechanic possible and was my professional home for around seven years - a place where you can make mistakes, learn a lot and also have fun. The company attaches great importance to sustainability, increasing efficiency and - most importantly - to you as a (future) employee.

There is always room for improvement. However, the management takes the time and makes the necessary effort to address these points in a targeted manner, implement improvements and develop sustainable and better solutions from the identified weaknesses.
