This works well in the company

I'm since 25 years in Switzerland, and for me so far the best company. I can't complain at all. Sometimes we just need to move on for ourselves, but i didn't regret to work for them at all.

This could be improved

Nothing...everything ok. Maybe they should pay more to the employees who are there for long time....
