It's true we had quite a mess at the office a few months ago. We were about to move and had a lot of client projects going on. In the meantime we are at our new location and have a big, great, modern office. It's a pity that this was not in the evaluation, as possible applicants were pointed out. If the communication during the trial work was one-sided and boring, no questions were asked, what a pity. Basically, a test work gives an insight into our processes and systems, the team is introduced during a joint coffee break and the specialist knowledge is tested with a questionnaire. We are a company that is in the process of being built up, so it may be that the work structure can be optimized (which by the way applies to almost all companies). That there is no working structure is completely wrong. We have a management system, in which various work processes are represented, as well as clearly regulated AKV and work instructions. We cannot judge the statement regarding wages, because we only make a wage offer when we are interested in an applicant. Rarely (if at all) are the demands of the applicant not far apart from ours. If we are not interested in an applicant, then there is no wage offer. It is therefore exciting that a statement is made about this at all during the evaluation (we have never made a wage offer and received a rejection in response). We think it is a pity if one pretends to be an "applicant" in the evaluation, but this evaluation contains points that one can only judge as an "employee". The wage range in the ICT sector is so wide that this statement is very subjective. According to various wage statistics, we are absolutely not in the miserable range. The assessment of the mood is very subjective and depends very much on the daily form of the employees. Every applicant is welcome to judge this himself :-)
