I wouldn't know where to start. Overtime is not remunerated and is not written down. Important issues or concerns are simply swept under the table. Very chaotic conditions, because MA are not enrolled in school and are not accompanied afterwards. No MA conversations. No or rare team meetings. Important events are not communicated.
