This works well in the company

The atmosphere really makes all the difference, as does the closeness between the teams. Nobody plays the little boss (even the big boss!) and I really feel heard when I have something to say.

This could be improved

Like everyone else, we wouldn't say no to a pay rise. But we're spoilt otherwise, the restaurant Le Stamm is just incredible and on top of that we get a daily subsidy.
