Recruitment processes not optimal. You don't get any feedback for a long time (even after four weeks). Even when you ask, you don't get anywhere - the people in charge can't be reached.

Super working atmosphere and respectful interaction with each other. Early retirement with a lot of experience. Versatile, exciting tasks with projects that are challenging. It's fun to work in a team.

I am so far completely satisfied and motivated. It might be possible to work with a flexitime model, which would give more flexibility.
