The supervisors are on an equal footing and you can talk to them easily. The work is quite good and fun because as a gardener you're always out in the fresh air. I emigrated to Switzerland and got a job thanks to Alphaplan. Apart from that, only rejections or not even feedback.

Benefit is where I see the most potential for improvement. According to some long-standing employees, a "permanent" contract is not necessarily a guarantee of staying in the winter. This should be communicated at the job interview and not concealed. Especially if you are new to Switzerland, a permanent contract is important and also that you can stay.
