It's not what it seems. The work processes are complicated. The infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired. SL and PDL are very good, but new processes and changes need to be reconsidered. In terms of personnel, there are very good but also bad employees. The workload as day supervisor is far too high, there is practically no time for discussions with residents. Some residents with dementia are not cared for appropriately. Staff shortages, especially in the late shift and at weekends.
