I felt very well looked after and perfectly advised. My contact person was always there for me and very easy to reach. I was able to discuss "soft facts" (culture, team spirit, etc.) and "hard facts" such as tasks, salary and additional benefits very well with him. When I look for a job again, perhaps in five to ten years' time, I will certainly use e-selection again.

The company was founded in spring 2023. I've worked there since the beginning and feel very comfortable. I can feel every day that e-selection is open, honest and transparent with its employees. The employee is valued, has many benefits and you can also tell from the relaxed and cheerful working atmosphere.
