Pflegezentrum Baar

I work as a care assistant at the Baar care center and experience the current management as open, appreciative and easily accessible. Information is passed on transparently, concerns are taken seriously and it is noticeable that a genuine culture of discussion is cultivated. The salary is slightly above the industry average, which I see as a clear appreciation of the care work. In the team, I experience the interaction as collegial and supportive. People work together and not against each other, new employees are well received and constructive suggestions are actually listened to. Anyone who enjoys working in nursing and is aware of the reality of the profession (including weekend and shift work;-) will find an environment here in which they can carry out their job with professionalism and commitment. The care center cannot solve the structural problems of the care sector as a whole on its own. This is a social issue, not a specific shortcoming of this employer. All in all, I see the Baar Care Center as a good, fair and professional employer for people who have consciously chosen their care profession and are prepared to accept the usual framework conditions of care.

I see the greatest potential for improvement not so much in the building itself, but in the framework conditions for care in general.
