Worst application process I've ever experienced. Didn't get any response until I've called one month after I applied. The HR recruiter promised the have an answer within a week. A months later - without getting any answer - I contacted them again without any response so far. Really unprofessional.

Communication skills, response time and respect of the applicants should be improved. Furthermore it would be nice to give applicants a clear answer if they are a possible candidat or not.
