In light of the current situation, we feel compelled to address some of the shortcomings in the current management situation in an unembellished manner.
Since the change at management level, a climate has developed that is not only unhealthy, but in many respects simply unacceptable. A management style prevails that is based neither on expertise nor on social competence. Decisions seem haphazard, processes are chaotic and communication is characterized by mistrust. What is sold as friendly at the front is often the opposite at the back - behavior that has no place in a professional company.
It is particularly offensive that employees apparently perceive sound specialist knowledge as a threat. Anyone who correctly points out problems or makes suggestions for improvement runs the risk of becoming the target of personal intrigue. This undermines any form of constructive cooperation.
The working atmosphere among the fitters is characterized by fear, pressure and mutual mistrust. Nobody knows who they can trust any more - too often statements have been distorted and used against individuals. A climate that makes people ill in the long term.
What's more, site managers and fitters regularly work overtime that is neither compensated nor correctly reported. It is simply unacceptable that overtime is tacitly assumed and then swept under the carpet. The lack of transparency and appreciation inevitably leads to frustration, demotivation and fluctuation.
