Hiring process was probably intensive, but very individually tailored to me. Feedback was very constructive and appreciative. People at TWINT are 100% behind the brand - there is a lot of commitment and dedication. I was immediately enthusiastic!

Flexible hours, fantastic collegues, hip start up

Surprisingly hip place with a good group of people, Pros: Lots of free healthy snacks (brainfood)...social hours for those that can make it.Never experienced micro-management, have not felt the case of "Chinese Whispers". Everyone seems very friendly and not "tending to their own garden". On top of it, there is a healthy mix of young and old team members. Then again, there are people coming and going so i cannot speak for everyone - however, I am happy to get up every morning to go to work. CONS: ?? Have not experienced any till date.
