Because of the many rooms and the many changes of tenants, it never gets boring here, most of it is digital. Flexible working hours, a varied job and really nice colleagues. WOKO offers meaningful work - you make a contribution to young people's lives here every day.

WOKO is a small non-profit organization - but it does more than well as an employer. I'm really satisfied. Somewhat few career opportunities internally, logically, it's an SME. But further training is supported and project work is possible.
