Many things are going very well at the company. The work is well organized. The processes are clear. You know what needs to be done. The salary is very good and always paid on time. The team is strong. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The work was well organized. You could work neatly and cleanly. Quality was important. Good, high-quality tools were also provided. That made the work much easier. The use of the company car, even for private purposes, is not a matter of course. I look back on my time there very positively. I left Voirol AG because I moved, and I wish everyone continued success.

It was only after the team leader changed that many things were digitized and modernized. This process should now be complete. When I started, many things were not yet digital. Accordingly, the processes were still traditional and paper-based.
