Bad HR management, don't hire people with work experience.

Was rejected as a qualified applicant several times when I was at the RAV and desperately looking for a job. The arrogance of this company is not to be outbid and who does not bring in enough money within un,enschlicher periods, who flies. I'd rather stay at social services than work for them. Only employees from Germany are preferred anyway.
