At haar-shop, there is a very flat hierarchy with a naturally lived "you" culture in a young team. Internal promotion or transfer is encouraged, even at TL level. You are given a lot of responsibility in every role, so you can learn a lot, but you have to be prepared to do so (learning by doing). Suggestions for improvement are very welcome and are always listened to, discussed and implemented where possible. The company has a long-term focus, which gives you a certain sense of security.

In a relatively fast-growing and expanding organization, there is always room for improvement. A little more structure in the processes would be good, which could be achieved if the teams had more "breathing space" for such work. The employment conditions have already been significantly improved in recent years, but there is still room for improvement (breaks, pension, benefits). The work is fun. There is a good and informal working atmosphere in my departments. You can get involved and express your opinion. Open discussions are encouraged and you are also supported. There are opportunities to work from home, but in my opinion there is still room for improvement. The team spirit is great and you are treated equally and respected, regardless of gender, origin or age. There are many joint activities. Enables cross-departmental contacts. However, there are not enough spontaneous get-togethers after work.
This could be improved
Even if there are attractive benefits, a 13th monthly salary would be desirable. The appreciation for the extra mile that employees go for customers could be expressed in a different way than just a "great job". A year-end bonus, for example, would be a good alternative. Salary and benefits could be improved. What is missing is a place to retreat. The noise level is sometimes too high at lunch and you can't linger outside in winter. The change of location will certainly bring about an improvement. In my opinion, being able to take a dog with you would support the work-life balance. I miss waste separation and environmental projects that you could take part in. Flexible working hours are not possible in every department.
