I work in a team that is motivating, supportive and where you can rely on each other. The tasks are varied - no two days are the same. The company is a size where people know each other. Not too big, not too small - just right for you to make a personal contribution. Your own ideas and suggestions are welcome and taken seriously. The relationship with my superiors is respectful and uncomplicated. We meet as equals - that creates trust and a pleasant working atmosphere.

I think it would be exciting if there was even closer cooperation between the departments. In everyday life, everyone often goes about their own business - regular exchanges or joint projects could help us learn from each other.

Very good order situation and a great team! I feel very comfortable. The management also maintains good contact with the employees, regardless of the hierarchical level!

There is always something to improve, but these are only small things that have no impact on my satisfaction. I am totally happy to be part of Hans Eisenring.
