The working atmosphere is acceptable and there is good cooperation between the departments. However, the interfaces between the departments do not work well together. (departmental thinking)
The company itself is quite old-fashioned. With long affiliation one can get quite high in the organization. In the past, continuing education was not welcomed and not really supported. This has improved a little. However, this also means that superiors do not have the necessary competencies.
Social benefits are simply the minimum offered.
The plants and machines are partly very old and almost only one department is invested. The infrastructure in the foundries is not in good condition.
