Very good interaction among the employees. Here, cantonal police officers, city police officers and civilian employees work hand in hand. The management acts appreciatively across all departments and hierarchies. Since the move to the PJZ: great workplace, air-conditioned, modern, very good canteen, fitness center and sports facilities.
