The advertisement was well written with a few exceptions. However, the place of work was not clearly communicated in the advertisement itself.

This could be improved

The company is supported in the process by an external company (trainer). This cooperation should at least be reconsidered. My experience was very bad. This does not convey a good image.

Very pleasant, family-like working atmosphere. Casual interaction and flat hierarchies, yet respectful. Good team spirit in certain departments, plenty of room for maneuver for certain positions.

Communication could be greatly simplified; in some cases, responsibilities between areas/companies are somewhat mixed up. In addition, the management sometimes makes questionable decisions.
