I am only an applicant and unfortunately only experienced the first interview. However, when I see this unprofessionalism, I should probably be glad that it did not go further.

I applied to the company, after 2-3 weeks I received an appointment for a digital interview, which was "forgotten / undercut" by the company. I then followed up and looked for a contact person, found one and got a new appointment for a digital first interview. This was carried out, went well and I was promised a personal interview for which I should have received an appointment the following day. I heard nothing for 2 weeks, asked and was told that it could not be scheduled until tomorrow. 2 weeks nothing, inquired, in the vacations announces itself after vacations... 10 days after the vacations asked no feedback. Very unfortunate, job ad appealed to me very much and the interviewer at the 1st interview was very sympathetic. Conclusion: little respect for the applicants. (certainly in my case, but I have read more stories like this). Very unprofessional behavior and in my opinion "beneath all sow" to deal with applicants who make an effort. I strongly recommend not to delay future applicants and to put them off several times. This is no way to treat people.
