After careful consideration and my personal experience at Panoramic Gourmet, I unfortunately cannot emphasize any positive aspects.

This could be improved

Panoramic Gourmet seems to have significant management problems that have a negative impact on the working atmosphere and employee satisfaction. Authoritarian management style, high work pressure, frequent dismissals, lack of appreciation, disrespect. Without a fundamental change in management and corporate culture, this situation will not change.
