This works well in the company
Lunch is 5 CHF but salary is low on the otherside. They have a high rate of people that come not from the business but from entertainment or hotels.
This could be improved
There is no improvement at BBLI. All management is useless and no idea what they are talking about. They recently changed the organisation, without improvements. Suggestion, stay far away from this firm as employee or as client.
