Flexibility & work-life balance: The generous home office policy is greatly appreciated and promotes personal responsibility. Working atmosphere: The atmosphere among colleagues is pleasant and "cool." Benefits: There are solid additional benefits that lay a good foundation.
This could be improved
Performance assessment & compensation: There is a lack of clear KPIs or methods for objectively measuring actual performance when working from home. This leads to frustration, as salary increases (in some cases for over two years) are not forthcoming because the work performed is not tangible to management. Software & Infrastructure: The technical basis is outdated (over 25 years old). Since the new software is based on the error-prone old system, problems tend to be delayed rather than solved. This makes daily work extremely difficult. Corporate culture & transparency: Communication with customers should be more honest (avoiding false claims when software problems arise). In addition, the high turnover rate (the "5-year cycle") is a clear sign of dissatisfaction with strategic leadership that should be taken seriously.

Good, inspiring working atmosphere. A great deal of trust is placed in the employees. You can and should get involved. Cooperation between development department and support staff could be improved. Salary good. All in all an attractive employer.
