The company does pay well if you compare with other companies of the industry

This could be improved

It is to much job, it needs more people to manage the working load. Not possible to have spare time, it was all the time problem to get more than 1 week holiday. Lack of clear rules, because of this a lot of double work.

The interview was good. The working atmosphere was rather bad, as there were too few staff and overtime was always necessary. That rubbed off on me. The pay's rather good.
